Rooney, 'Player of the Year' in the Premier

The Manchester United's England striker, Wayne Rooney, has received the award of 'Player of the Year' for the Professional Footballers Association (PFA) in England.
Striker, author of 34 goals this season for United in the election exceeded the other three nominees, Arsenal's Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas and strikers Didier Drogba and Carlos Tevez.
