MALAGA After six months of uncertainty and lack of future of the Aurgi stores and nearly fifty workers of the company in Malaga, employees will go to the streets on the 1st May demanding a final settlement that ensures theire social stability. Aurgi is in suspension of payments since last December and according to the report conducted by administrators of the bankruptcy Mercantile court bearing the case, the spare parts chain introduced a patrimonial deficit of 25 million euros, which could only cope with 47% of their debts. Aurgi owned by Ahorro Corporación with a 65.3%, the Maritime Shipping Arosa and several minority shareholders, have received several offers in which include brand, facilities and machinery, but so far not materialized. It is the fact that, according to the data handled by Staff Delegates, all belonging to CGT, the Aurgi center in Malaga is among the three most profitable of the 41 that the company owns throughout the state, being perfectly feasible maintaining and increasing their activity. From the CGT,so far,had preferred silence the situation in order not to affect results of AURGI in Malaga, but the lack of satisfactory solution and uncertainty for workers make the situation become untenable and claiming it to be resolved inmediately
